Agreement to Terms

By using ShopFlow or services provided through ShopFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Our Services

ShopFlow provides auto shop management software that enables shops to provide automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. Features include:

  • Vehicle diagnostics and inspections
  • Engine and transmission repair
  • Brake system service
  • Oil changes and fluid services
  • Tire services
  • Undercoating
  • Body work and damage assessment

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided in good faith based on initial inspection and are not final prices.
  • Additional work discovered during repairs will be communicated to you and requires your approval before proceeding.
  • Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and unforeseen complications.
  • You will be notified of any significant price changes before additional work is performed.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Vehicles may not be released until payment is received in full, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Authorization for Repairs

By leaving your vehicle with an auto shop using ShopFlow, you authorize the shop to perform the requested work. Any additional work requires your explicit approval. The shop will make reasonable efforts to contact you before performing additional repairs.

SMS Text Message Notifications

By opting in to SMS notifications:

  • You consent to receive transactional text messages from your auto shop via ShopFlow regarding your vehicle service status, estimates, and pickup notifications.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Text messages are for informational purposes only. Critical communications requiring immediate response will be made by phone.
  • We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or device problems.

Customer Portal Access

We provide a secure customer portal where you can view your service history, estimates, invoices, and real-time updates about your vehicle. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal access credentials.

Warranty and Liability

We warrant our workmanship for a reasonable period. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discovered during inspection
  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance after our service
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Parts or components not replaced by us that fail after service
  • Consequential damages resulting from vehicle breakdown or repair delays

Vehicle Storage

We will store your vehicle securely during service. However, we are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle.

Unclaimed Vehicles

Vehicles not claimed within 30 days of service completion notification may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles left longer than 60 days may be disposed of in accordance with state law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, auto shops using ShopFlow and ShopFlow itself limit liability to the cost of services provided. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or any delays.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through applicable state law and local jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
